Everyone has an 'opinion' on diet and health, but a registered dietitian can give you professional, expert, and evidence-based advice

Nutrition with Ravneet

I'm Ravneet, a specialist registered dietitian with a first class honours degree from King's College London. I am a member of the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Dietetic Association.

My dietetic approach focuses on making long term, sustainable changes that are going to improve your overall health and quality of life, whatever the clinical picture. Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals regulated by law and bound by an ethical code of conduct.

I believe in empowering you, the client, with the knowledge and mechanisms to manage your individual situation using personal and tailored advice.

'It was so helpful to have someone help me figure out what I needed differently! I've learned a lot and feel like I know what I need to be doing / keep on doing moving forward.'

'Prompt responses, nice gentle manner , key messages delivered with clarity, punjabi language skills really helped. We were very clear at the end of the session of what we were doing right and what we need to change. The session means our meal times are stress free and tension free.'

'I contacted Ravneet for help in losing weight and eating healthier, I was overweight and had high blood pressure. In 5 months, I have lost 20.5kg and my blood pressure is back to normal again, thanks to Ravneet for all of her expert help, the changes she has helped me with have changed the way I feel, I have lots more energy, sleep better and feel better within myself…. Only downside is it costs a fortune in new clothes 😂……..  anybody who wants to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle I couldn’t recommend Ravneet enough. Thank you Ravneet!'
