This will include:
- A virtual initial assessment via online platform or telephone
- Full assessment looking holistically at your past medical history, current health concerns, diet and lifestyle
- An agreed action plan
- Report provided to you following the consultation
- Correspondence with your GP if required, with consent
Review appointment
30 mins, £50
This will include:
- A virtual appointment via online platform or telephone
- Full review of the plan set in your initial consultation
- Further action plan for any ongoing issues
- Report provided to you following the consultation
- Correspondence with your GP if required, with consent

3 Session tailor-made package
£150, 45 minute initial consultation and 2 x 30 min reviews
This will include:
- 1 x initial consultation lasting 45 minutes and 2 x review consultations, each lasting 30 minutes
- Consultations via telephone or virtual platform
- Reports provided to you following each consultation
- Correspondence with your GP if required, with consent
Specialist package: Healthy Weight
£275, 60 minute initial consultation and 2 x 40 min reviews
This will include:
- 1 x initial consultation lasting 60 minutes and 2 x review consultations, each lasting 40 minutes (fortnightly)
- Clear focus on achieving a healthy weight via weight gain or weight loss
- Email support available between consultations
- Guidance with nutritional resources
- Consultations via telephone or virtual platform
- Reports provided to you following each consultation
- Correspondence with your GP if required, with consent
Specialist Package: Healthy Gut
£275, 60 minute initial consultation and 2 x 40 min reviews
This will include:
- 1 x initial consultation lasting 60 minutes and 2 x review consultations, each lasting 40 minutes (fortnightly)

- Guidance with nutritional resources
- Consultations via telephone or virtual platform

£375, 1 x 75 min initial assessment and 2 x 45 minute reviews
This will include:
- 1 x initial consultation lasting up to 75 minutes and 2 x review consultations, each lasting 45 minutes
- Clear focus on achieving wellness through management of multiple or complex nutritional issues
- Email support available between consultations
- Guidance with nutritional resources
