• Professional clinical record keeping of client information; providing nutrition and dietetic services and care plans, sharing information with relevant health professionals.  
• Responding to queries from you sent via our website www.nutritionwithravneet.co.uk and sharing forms and reports with you via the personal email address or telephone number you provide us, unless stated otherwise. 
• We will keep your data for 8 years in line with the British Dietetic Association Guidance for Records and Records Keeping. If you would like your data to be deleted prior to this, please contact us at enquiries@nutritionwithravneet.co.uk. 

Security: 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
