Everyone has an 'opinion' on diet and health, but a registered dietitian can give you professional, expert, and evidence-based advice

I'm Ravneet, a specialist registered dietitian with a first class honours degree from King's College London. I am a member of the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Dietetic Association.

My dietetic approach focuses on making long term, sustainable changes that are going to improve your overall health and quality of life, whatever the clinical picture. Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals regulated by law and bound by an ethical code of conduct.
